Lime Twist and Vanilla Flavors are Back for Good!
MILWAUKEE (Sept. 2011) – Carma Laboratories Inc., the maker of Carmex® lip balm products, today announced the addition of two new
flavors: Carmex® Lime Twist and Carmex® Vanilla Click Sticks®. After a limited release in late 2010, the new flavors proved to
be so popular they are now a permanent part of the Carmex lip balm family. The new flavors are currently available at most
national chain drug and retail stores in the U.S, including: Walgreens, Meijer, SUPERVALU, Shopko and Walmart.
“We had an overwhelming response to the limited release of Vanilla and Lime Twist,” said Paul Woelbing, president of Carma
Laboratories. “Customers told us how much they liked the new flavors and would like them to be available year-round. We are
happy to oblige and have added them to our family of flavored lip balms.”
Made with the highest quality of Vitamin E and Aloe available, Lime Twist and Vanilla Click Sticks provide superior
moisturization and improved glide. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant and helps prevent premature aging by preventing the
forming of free radicals. Aloe helps heal and soothe sensitive lips. The .15-ounce solid sticks also include an SPF of
15 to provide additional protection.
The suggested retail price for the new flavored Carmex lip balms is $1.99. The two new flavors join other Carmex
flavored lip balms, including strawberry and cherry. The refreshing Lime Twist flavor is a first in the flavored
lip balm category.
Carmex lip balm products are available in a jar, tube or stick, in several different flavors and with sun protection.
